Bringing an authentic and diverse Helsinki to the fore with a web service.

Helsinki is one of the rising tourist destinations – but so far only a small
number of people are actually aware of the city’s attractiveness. The web service offers up-to-date information about Helsinki and
brings together locally-sourced tips for the city. The service also activates
city dwellers to share their own personal recommendations about Helsinki.
Our task was to create a visual image for the service and to inform the
citizens and tourists about the new site.

As a result of the new attractive service and the launch campaign, the
number of visitors to the website multiplied. In addition, the
hashtag #myhelsinki gathered 160,000 mentions. The number of foreign
visitors in Helsinki increased by 19% in 2017.
